Professionally, I have a longstanding interest in global health and have had the privilege of providing clinical care in both Central America and Africa. I am actively involved with the Global Critical Care Collaboration (GC3), an international organization dedicated to expanding critical care capacity in resource-limited settings through education, research, and clinical partnerships. I also have a strong interest in public health, healthcare access, and healthcare delivery, with ongoing research focused on improving the quality and accessibility of care.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our three children, and our dog. Whether I’m tackling a woodworking or home renovation project, exploring the outdoors through running and hiking, or traveling to experience new cultures and places, I value opportunities to stay active, keep learning, and create lasting memories with my family.
